What this is for
This form books a free video consultation with a physician — not a sales call, and not a commitment to travel. You describe what concerns you; the physician tells you whether treatment is appropriate for you at all, and if it is, what it would involve.
It takes about a minute, it costs nothing, and if the answer turns out to be “not for you”, you have lost a minute.
Three things worth knowing before you fill it in
There is no deposit and nothing to pay. Not to book the consultation, not to hold a treatment date, and not anywhere on this site. Nothing here asks for card details. If you go on to have treatment, you pay at the clinic, after your in-person consultation, against a written quotation.
You do not need to know when you are coming. The travel-month field accepts Not decided yet, and that is a completely normal answer — most people who write to us have not chosen a date, which is roughly why they are writing. A month helps the clinic plan; it commits you to nothing.
It goes to a person who answers in English. Your message reaches the clinic’s own inbox and is read by a coordinator, who replies by email. The medical details you write are not passed to advertising platforms and are not added to a mailing list — the privacy policy sets out what is held and what you can ask us to delete.
What happens after you send it
- You get an email reply, answering your question or telling you what a physician needs to know before answering it properly.
- If a video consultation is the right next step, you book one. It is with the physician who would perform your treatment, and it normally runs forty to sixty minutes.
- If your case is one we do not treat, the reply says so — and points you at one of the partner hospital departments where it is treated instead.
- If treatment goes ahead, it is planned in person, after an examination and with a written plan and a written price in front of you before anything begins.
Nothing is booked on the strength of this form or of the video call. The clinical assessment comes first, and that happens in Nanjing.
