Ellansé Ellansé® is a unique biostimulatory filler composed of polycaprolactone (PCL) microspheres suspended in a carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) gel carrier. Upon injection, the CMC gel delivers immediate volumizing results, while the PCL microspheres gradually stimulate collagen production — improving skin texture, firmness, and density over the following months.

Phase 1 — Immediate Fill: The CMC gel carrier delivers instant lift and visible contour improvement from the moment of injection. Phase 2 — Collagen Regeneration: Over time, the PCL microspheres stimulate fibroblasts to produce new Type we collagen, rebuilding skin elasticity and structural integrity for a naturally youthful appearance that continues to improve over several months.

Am I a candidate for Ellansé®?
You may be a good candidate if you experience: facial volume loss (cheeks, temples, chin, or jawline); skin laxity or deep wrinkles; desire a natural, long-lasting rejuvenation; prefer collagen stimulation over temporary filling; or wish to restore facial balance without surgery. This treatment may not be suitable if you are: pregnant or breastfeeding; diagnosed with an autoimmune or connective tissue disorder; have a history of keloid or hypertrophic scarring; or have an active skin infection or inflammation in the treatment area.

During
- During treatment: Stay relaxed and follow your injector’s guidance to ensure precise placement and symmetrical results.
Post-care
- Post-procedure care: avoid touching or massaging the treated area for 24 hours; avoid heat exposure (sauna, steam room) for 3 days; refrain from strenuous exercise for 48 hours; keep skin clean and well-hydrated; mild swelling or tenderness is normal and typically resolves within a few days.
