It also runs its own laboratory and treatment staff: one outpatient laboratory technician and three experienced treatment nurses, again as it publishes. The department is located on the fifth floor of the hospital's outpatient building.

- Dermatological surgery — excision of large or suspected-malignant naevi, benign and malignant skin tumours, cysts, keloids and warts
- Other — topical treatment for alopecia areata; local injection for keloid
