Silhouette Instalift® A minimally invasive facial lifting technique that uses specialized threads with bidirectional absorbable cones. Once placed beneath the skin, the cones anchor tissue and lift it upward, producing an immediate tightening effect. The PLLA component then continues to stimulate autologous collagen regeneration, further improving facial volume and firmness over time. The full procedure takes only about 30–45 minutes with a short recovery period.
